Professional Experience:

Tom is the managing partner of the Firm's municipal auditing practice. He has extensive experience in all aspects of municipal auditing, managing over sixty (60) municipal audit engagements each year. He has also provided consulting services including Schedule A preparation, balance sheet preparation for free cash certification, cash and receivable reconciliation procedures and internal control evaluations.

Tom has been a keynote speaker at meetings of the Massachusetts Town Clerks' Association.
